Julian Carranza stated that Leicester City is moving in a positive direction after their 1-1 draw with West Bromwich Albion. Leicester City secured a point with an injury-time equalizer after Bobby DeCordova-Reid's volley was saved by Nat Phillips. Despite trailing for much of the game, they ultimately managed to equalize.
After the game, Julian Carranza said: "We performed well in the first half, but took some risky plays in the second half and missed several opportunities. For the next game, we still have a lot to improve, and we will focus on improving in the next training. We will stick to it and continue to go all out. At the same time, I want to thank the fans for their support. They cheered for us in every game, which gave us extra courage."
“We must continue to improve and show more energy and competitiveness as a team. Our most important goal in this game is to win points, and now our focus has turned to the next game. I hope we can go all out in the upcoming home game and get those three valuable points.”
“Of course I love playing at home. My debut there is still unforgettable for me. The fans have always been friendly and supportive. Even though we didn’t get the result we wanted, their encouragement was always there for us. This is exactly the strength we need to fight for the three points in the next game.”
"For us, outside comments and off-field factors are irrelevant. The key is to stay focused, stick to the game plan and give it our all to win."
Julian Carranza expressed satisfaction with his second Leicester City appearance since his loan move. He believes that being brought on at halftime against West Bromwich Albion was a significant step in the right direction. He saw his form and fitness improve as the game progressed.
He added: "I'm really enjoying my time here. I'm surrounded by great teammates and I feel like I fit in with this style of play. Being able to play consistently and stay on the pitch is exactly what I came here for. I'm learning and improving every day, both physically, mentally and tactically, alongside the coach and my teammates. I feel in great shape and I'm delighted to be joining the team."
“We do have a lot of quality up front, but our opponents also have top players and there will always be opportunities. I’m happy to continue to give my all, step up when the team needs me and keep improving.”
