After 98 appearances for Chelsea, Marco Guto finally scored his first goal for the club, leaving him thrilled. However, the full-back stated that this was just the beginning after helping Chelsea to a 3-0 victory over Wolves. With three second-half goals, Chelsea finished the game with three points, boosting morale as they head into the November international break.  

Marlo Gusto opened the scoring when he headed in a cross from Alejandro Ganacio, the ball sailing over the onrushing Wolves goalkeeper and into the net. After scoring, the defender displayed the passion of a striker, turning to celebrate and raising the Matthew Harding Trophy.  

On the other attacking front, João Pedro scored twice, extending the lead to 2-0, marking his second consecutive match with a goal. Pedro Neto then sealed the victory with a close-range finish, sending Chelsea fans off the pitch in triumph. Additionally, Marlo Gusto scored his first goal for the club, helping the team climb to second place in the Premier League standings.  

Speaking about his goal, Maro Gusto said: "I've been with the club for a long time, but this is just the beginning. I'm very proud, I've been looking forward to this moment, and I'm happy for myself, my family, and the fans. This victory is crucial, especially before the international break. Our goal is to finish in the top four, and we will continue to work hard and fight for it."  

"Regarding my goal, our tactic is to get the players into the penalty area. This is crucial, and today we proved the effectiveness of this strategy. I am very happy for the whole team."  

After a tough first half, Marlo Gusto admitted that Chelsea needed to step up their intensity in the second half, and he said he was happy to be able to inject the necessary momentum into the team.  

He continued, "We struggled to create chances in the first half, but our performance improved significantly in the second half. The coach reminded us at halftime to be patient and that opportunities would eventually come. The players found their rhythm more easily in the second half, which I think was a key reason why we scored our first goal."  

Despite the international break creating a gap between the team's next match, the full-back said maintaining momentum during a congested schedule is crucial. Marlo Gusto added: "Our win against Tottenham in the last Premier League round was very important. The game against Wolves was equally tough, but we got it done tonight. We'll continue to work hard and maintain close cohesion within the team."
