Arsenal officially announced on Friday the appointment of Richard Garlick as Chief Executive Officer. He joined Arsenal in 2021 as Director of Football Operations and has led the management team as Managing Director for the past year.

The personnel changes, which are accompanied by changes to the board structure, are being overseen by Arsenal co-chairmen Stan and Josh Kroenke. According to the official announcement, Tim Lewis will resign as executive vice-chairman of Arsenal as part of the restructuring. Additionally, Kelli Blaha, Otto Maly, and Dave Steiner of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) will join the board as non-executive directors, as will producer and director Ben Winston, a season ticket holder of over 30 years.
