Wenbanyama's 14 points weren't enough to save the Stars from a narrow 37-35 victory over the Worlds.

February 16th - The newly revamped All-Star Game officially kicked off. Team USA's Stars narrowly defeated Team World 37-35 thanks to a crucial three - pointer in the final moments. Anthony Edwards contributed 13 points, becoming the team's main offensive weapon. For Team World, Victor Wimbledonama scored 14 points, grabbed 6 rebounds, and blocked 3 shots, delivering a well-rounded performance, but unfortunately, it was all in vain.

At the start of the game, Wimbledon and Yamaba scored repeatedly with drives and outside shots, and also contributed blocks and rebounds on the defensive end, becoming the most active player. Meanwhile, the Stars played at a slower pace, with Doncic and Jokic showing little offensive aggression. Midway through the game, Towns hit consecutive three-pointers, helping his team to a 9- point lead. Edwards then scored consecutive points, leading the Stars to close the gap. Late in regulation time, he hit a crucial three-pointer to tie the game. The two teams went into overtime at 32.

In overtime, Wimbledon hit another three-pointer, but Edwards and Barnes followed with consecutive scores. In the final quarter, Barnes decisively hit a game-winning three-pointer, ending any suspense. Ultimately, the Stars narrowly defeated the Worlds by 2 points, gaining an early advantage in the round-robin tournament.
