Chelsea captain Reece James gives an in-depth look at the team's training arrangements in Philadelphia, the integration of the new signings, and the key challenges the team will face in this summer's competitions.  

Reece James said: "It's exciting to be back in Philadelphia, even though the temperatures were unexpectedly low. We had our first training session today and the atmosphere was positive. Of course, everyone remains optimistic, as we know it will be even hotter when we arrive in Atlanta."
