Rob Edwards praised the players, saying they displayed outstanding performance and a tenacious fighting spirit.

Despite failing to maintain their previous high level of play against Everton, Wolves ultimately managed to equalize and secure a point. After the match, manager Rob Edwards praised his players. Wolves started slowly at Hill Dickinson Stadium but rallied in the second half, equalizing through a brilliant goal from Matthäus Mane. While the manager was slightly disappointed that his team couldn't capitalize on Everton's two late red cards to extend their lead, he was encouraged by the fighting spirit displayed by his team.

After the match, Wolves manager Rob Edwards said: "I was a little disappointed with the team's start. The coaching staff sensed that the players were a bit sluggish during warm-up, and I tried my best to motivate them before the game. We were indeed slow to start, and we clearly needed to inject more energy and motivation at halftime."

“I don’t think we played particularly badly, but compared to recent games, the team lacked energy. We failed to put enough pressure on their defense or create enough threats. Overall, we were in attacking positions, and our opponents seemed happy to see that.”

“We made some tactical adjustments, and they were very effective. The team started to control the game better and created more threats. The change to a four-man defense and the introduction of Jorgen were immediately effective. That goal was brilliant; we were under constant pressure. It was a bit frustrating that the opponents were down to nine men late in the game because we failed to capitalize on our chances.”

"When the opponent was down to nine men, we may have played right into their hands. The team was too focused on perfect crosses, resulting in the ball not being delivered to the right place or being passed too far back, failing to pose a real threat to the opponent. Against the experienced Everton defenders, they were able to defend effectively in the penalty area and use crosses to buy time. We tried to send Pedro Lima to the wing to disrupt their formation with crosses, but the overall effect was still not ideal."

"The team performed well in the second half. Facing Everton at home, we managed to equalize after trailing 1-0, which means we have earned points in three consecutive games. Although our overall performance was not as sharp as in the previous games, the team showed resilience."

“We have performed well and consistently in many previous games, but the team looked a bit tired tonight. The players have a tight schedule, and we have high expectations for them. An 18-year-old player and John Arias seemed quite tired in the first half, so I want to commend them. Even when we are not in good form, we can still gain positive experience from the game.”

“I’m delighted to see the players respond; they’ve shown excellent performance and fighting spirit. The team has made significant progress since the preseason. There’s still plenty of time and points to fight for in the league, and although the challenges are immense, we will continue to fight. As professional players, we are competitive and eager to win, and no matter what happens, we will fight until the end of the season—that’s all we can do.”
