Rodrigo Gomes said Wolves need to look for positives from their match against Everton despite their third consecutive defeat at the start of the Premier League campaign. The Portuguese youngster scored his side's second goal of the afternoon from David Moller-Wolf's cross.  

However, the goal was unable to save the hosts from defeat at Molineux as their defensive weaknesses were exploited once again. Everton had already found the net three times against Wolves before Rodrigo Gomes found the net.  

Rodrigo Gomez admits that Vitor Pereira's side still need to make a lot of improvements during the international break before returning to the Premier League, but he also stressed that there are still many positive factors that the team can recognize and learn from.  

After the game, Rodrigo Gomez said: "I think in this game we had to show perseverance and confidence because we would hold on until the very end. Unfortunately, we were unable to win or hold on to the draw, so we still need to keep going."
