Torino midfielder Casadei recently talked about his past experiences in an interview and said that he learned a lot of valuable lessons from this experience.
The 22-year-old Casadei joined Turin in August this year and played 8 times in the 2024/25 Serie A season, contributing a goal and an assist.
“Being a young player in football means you have the opportunity to grow and learn,” Casadaei shared in the interview. “As I gain experience, I have met many positive role models and learned a lot from them. I hope to continue to improve. I work hard every day to improve myself as a footballer and a person, and this is an endless learning process.”
"I take football as a passion and I take it very seriously. It is always my number one priority. I give everything for football and even if it means sacrificing other things, I will put it first."
It is worth mentioning that Casadaei has played for Chelsea's youth training and first team in the Premier League, and was also loaned to Reading and Leicester during this period.
When talking about his experience playing in England, Casadaei said, "It was not easy at times. When you come to a new country at the age of 19 like me, it is not easy to learn the language and culture."
"But it helped me in every way, both as a football player and as a person. I grew a lot in those two or three years and learned a lot of valuable lessons."
