Bournemouth defender Milos Kelcez praised the team's unity for bringing a lot of confidence to the team as they prepare for their Premier League campaign, with a crucial clash against Crystal Palace in the offing.  

The team spirit was on full display after Bournemouth beat Fulham 1-0, with Miloš Kelcez playing a key role in the match. Both the head coach and the players have worked hard to establish this culture in the team.  

"I am really happy, mainly because I am not injured and the coach trusts me in every game," said Miloš Kerkez.  

"I just want to give everything I can for the team, whether it's on defense or offense. Obviously, we are a very united team. The coach wants us to play more aggressively, dare to fight and run actively, and strive for victory at a high-intensity game tempo."  

"The coach has communicated this philosophy to us and we have tried our best to make this culture work. Now, we know what the coach wants, so we have become more in tune with each other. We just need to play according to his deployment and we will have a chance to win the game."  

"We are very close. I may have a better relationship with Justin or Dean, but the atmosphere in the team locker room is more harmonious. Sometimes we have coffee together after training. Our relationship is like a family, which is really great."  

Miloš Kelcez admitted that adapting to the Premier League is a big challenge and requires full focus. He said: "This is a difficult league, every team is good, and if you are not in good shape for a second, you may be punished."  

"Therefore, every player needs some time to adapt, and I am no exception. However, I work hard with the coaching staff every day and continue to improve my level of strength."  

“The next game against Crystal Palace will be a difficult one. It will be challenging for the team, but we are ready. Crystal Palace is a very strong team. Although their performance in the last game was not very good, they played well.”
