Lyon officially announced on Monday the signing of 20-year-old Danish midfielder Noah Naltai from Brøndby. He will wear the number 99 jersey for Lyon on a contract until June 30, 2030.

According to official disclosures, Nartai's signing is a key component of Lyon's strategic plan. The club is committed to discovering and nurturing high-potential young talents to ensure the team's continued healthy development.

The official confirmation also states that the base fee for the transfer is €7.5 million. If performance-related bonuses are included, Lyon could pay up to €10 million. They have also reserved a 20% cut of the player's value for any subsequent transfer.

Naltai has been training with Brøndby since 2021 and will make his first-team debut in the Danish Superliga on February 18, 2024. To date, he has made 71 appearances for Brøndby, scoring 12 goals and providing 12 assists.

After completing the transfer, Naltai expressed his reluctance and gratitude to Brøndby on social media: "Thank you for everything, Brøndby. Thank you for the memories, the support and the years that shaped me."
