In addition, Horry also pointed out that role players are often given high hopes at critical moments of the game: "Sometimes we don't have many opportunities throughout the game, but in the last few seconds we are asked to take the key shot."

"Guys like me and Derek Fisher often have to make game-winning shots without a hot hand. Even though we don't get a lot of recognition, we don't play for accolades; we play for winning."
