Marc Guehi has suggested Crystal Palace need to learn lessons from their Europa League second-round defeat against AEK Larnaca at Selhurst Park.

Today's opponent played well, which made us disappointed. Despite this, we still had the opportunity to score. This is a valuable learning opportunity that allows us to continue to improve."

Speaking about the lessons he hopes to learn from the defeat, Marc Guehi said: "Perhaps it was more important to stay calm in difficult situations. There were definitely setbacks in the game. Crystal Palace were in control at times, but in the end we suffered a heavy defeat thanks to Riyad Bajić's goal in the 51st minute."
