Everton officially announced on Tuesday that Moroccan left-back Adam Aznou has joined the club from Bayern Munich on a four-year contract that runs until June 30, 2029.

With the arrival of Azno, Everton has completed its fourth signing this summer, following Tierno Barry, Carlos Alcaraz and Mark Travers. According to German media reports, Everton will pay Bayern 9 million euros for the transfer, plus a 3 million euro floating clause.

Adam Aznou, 19, was born in Barcelona, Spain, to Moroccan parents. He trained at La Masia for about three years before officially joining Bayern's U17 team in 2022.

On November 2, 2024, Aznu made his Bundesliga debut for Bayern's first team. Three months later, he was loaned to Valladolid for half a season, during which he played in 13 La Liga matches.

Aznu also played 4 times for Bayern, but failed to score or assist.

After completing the transfer, Everton manager David Moyes said: "We are delighted to bring Adam to Everton. He is a young and talented player with great potential."

"It's difficult to find the right player for the left-back position. We've signed a young player and we hope he can develop during his time at Everton."
