In any professional field, stability and a clear understanding of one's role are crucial factors for success. For professional footballers, this means integrating into a team with a clear tactical approach, well-defined goals, and a stable system, and then stepping onto the pitch based on that foundation. For Dinos Mavropanos, these fundamentals have been key to his recent contributions to West Ham United's improved form and victories.  

During his two and a half seasons with the club, the Greek international played under four different managers, tried various positions, and never started more than seven consecutive Premier League matches. This experience was challenging for the defender, as he frequently rotated in and out of the squad for a team whose potential had not yet been fully realized.  

However, in recent weeks, Constantinos Mavropanos has become a regular starter under Nuno Espirito Santo, forming a stable central defensive partnership with Jean-Clair Todibo, and gradually rediscovering the high level of performance he displayed while playing for Stuttgart in Germany. Furthermore, he also played a key role in West Ham United's run to the Europa League quarter-finals two seasons ago.  

Constantinos Mavropanos has consistently demonstrated unwavering determination, focused attitude, and a high level of professionalism. He is pleased to have contributed to West Ham United's return to winning ways and hopes to maintain his current form to continue helping the team on its path to revival.  

He said, "Frankly speaking, I have always maintained confidence in myself and have been working hard, even in difficult times. It feels even better to see my efforts gradually turn into results, especially with the team's performance improving in the last two or three games. Being a part of this process is significant for both the team and me personally, and it makes me more composed on the field."  

“I just hope to maintain my current form and continue to improve in every game and every training session. I hope to help the team achieve more and go further through my efforts. Of course, consistency is very important. In the past year and a half to two years, we have undergone many changes in our system and the player rotation has been quite frequent. But this is normal because our defense has many outstanding players.”  

"Obviously, when you can consistently play in a specific position in every game and the team lineup remains stable, you feel more secure in the team and are better able to play to your strengths. So this is very important. For me, positional changes are not a problem, but sometimes you have to stick to the established plan and execute it to the fullest."  

In their Premier League victories against Tottenham Hotspur and Sunderland, West Ham United consistently maintained a 4-4-2 formation, with Pablo and January newcomer Tati Castellanos acting as key attacking focal points. The consecutive wins have instilled confidence in the team, with Constantinos Mavropanos stating that the squad will travel to Stamford Bridge with full confidence, hoping for another positive result.  

Constantinos Mavropanos said: "I think we've been even better than we were all season last year. The game against Queens Park Rangers was a great start. As we said at the time, that win gave us the motivation and confidence to get back into the Premier League and win a few games there, and we did, going on to win two more."  

"The atmosphere, both in training and throughout the club, on match days, and among the fans, is much more positive than it was in the first half of the season. I just hope we can continue our winning streak and get out of this predicament as soon as possible. I think the feeling of winning is very important because it takes a lot of effort, and once you taste it, you don't want to lose it again. The game against Queens Park Rangers gave us that feeling of victory again and made us realize more clearly how important and wonderful it is to win a game and get three points, no matter how you win it."  

"It's clear that the addition of some new players has revitalized the team. They understand our current situation and can contribute their strength, inject motivation, and inspire everyone to work harder. They are also mentally prepared to meet the challenges, which I think has helped the team a lot.
