Falk says Leeds United are not afraid of strong opponents and still have a chance against Brighton away from home.

The 2025-26 Premier League season has reached its 10th round, with Leeds United visiting Brighton, who have been performing consistently in recent years.
Leeds United manager Daniel Falk said at the pre-match press conference that despite the strength of their opponents, the team is confident of winning away from home.
Falk said: "We know Brighton's performance over the past few seasons, whether under Fabian Schürlzer or De Zerbi, they have achieved outstanding results."
"They have grown into a mature and strong team in the Premier League, and now the discussion is about European qualification, not relegation. This is the result of the long-term efforts of the entire club, and it deserves respect."
However, Falk also emphasized that Leeds United would not back down because of their opponents' strength: "Wherever we go, we have a chance to win. We respect our opponents, but we will never go out in fear."
This match will also feature a reunion, as former Leeds player Jogignol Ruttel is now performing exceptionally well for Brighton and has become an important member of the team.
Speaking about the former player, Falk said: "Georginho is an excellent player. Although he has not yet reached his peak, he is gradually developing into a top star. It was a pleasure to work with him."
"We need to find a way to limit him in our game this weekend, and hopefully he won't shine too brightly. Putting the game aside, it's really gratifying to see his progress these days. He's not only an outstanding player, but also a wonderful person."
