Liverpool left-back Tsimikas joins Roma on loan and will wear the number 12 jersey

Roma officially announced on Sunday that they have signed Konstantinos Tsimikas on a season-long loan from Liverpool. Neither club has disclosed whether the contract includes a buyout clause.
The official also confirmed that Tsimikas will wear the No. 12 jersey during the loan period and his salary will be fully covered by Roma.
The 29-year-old Tsimikas primarily plays as a left-back and made his professional debut for Olympiacos in the Greek Premier League on December 19, 2015. He gained considerable experience on loan and, upon returning, played a significant role in Olympiacos' two Greek Premier League titles.
In August 2020, Tsimikas transferred to Liverpool for £11.75 million. He has played a long-term substitute role at Liverpool, contributing 15 assists in 115 appearances across all competitions, and has won one Premier League title, one FA Cup, two League Cups, and one Community Shield with the team.
As for the national team, Tsimikas has played 41 times for the Greek team and provided 5 assists.
