Newcastle United have successfully signed Swedish international Anthony Elanga from Nottingham Forest.

The 23-year-old winger has attracted widespread attention with his outstanding performance at Nottingham Forest. Now he will wear the black and white jersey and start a new chapter in his career at St. James' Park.

Elanga played for Forest in the Premier League in the 2024-25 season, contributing 6 goals and 11 assists, helping the team successfully enter the European arena and demonstrating his excellent offensive ability and organizational vision.

Since joining Nottingham Forest in the summer of 2023, Elanga has made more than 100 Premier League appearances, showing promising stability and potential.
