December 10th - The Spurs narrowly defeated the Pelicans 135-132. Quinn scored 33 points , 10 rebounds, and 10 assists, while Murphy III added 32 points, but it wasn't enough to prevent the Pelicans' defeat. For the Spurs, Barnes scored 24 points and Harper 22, with the team's balanced offense ultimately securing the victory.

In the first quarter, the Pelicans took a 7-4 lead. However, the Spurs quickly adjusted their offense and extended their lead to 10 points. Despite the Pelicans' efforts to catch up at the end of the quarter, they still trailed 25-35 at the end of the first quarter. In the second quarter, the Spurs opened with a 25- point lead .
