Rennes complete contract extension with youngsters Djaoui Cissé and Mahamadou Nagida..

Rennes announced on its official website on Tuesday that the club has extended the contracts of its France U21s international young midfielder Djaoui Cissé and Cameroon international young left-back Mahamadou Nagida.
According to Rennes' official statement, Cissé and Nagida have signed on a new long-term five and four-year deals, respectively, which runs until the summers of 2030 and 2029.
About Djaoui Cissé
Djaoui Cissé, who is only 21, was born on January 31, 2004, in Juvisy-sur-Orge, France. He is 1.88 meters tall and primarily plays as a center midfielder, but he can also play as an attacking midfielder. He holds dual French and Senegalese citizenship.
Cissé played for the youth academies of non-league clubs Grigny and Brétigny as a child. He joined Rennes' youth acadeym in 2019, began playing for their B team in the summer of 2021, and completed his Rennes first-team debut by coming on as a substitute in February 2024.
Since his debut, Cissé has made 21 appearances for the Les Rouge et Noirs in all competitions, scoring one goal.
About Mahamadou Nagida
Mahamadou Nagida, who is only 20, was born on June 28, 2005, in Douala, Cameroon. He is 1.76 meters tall and plays as a left-back.
Nagida played for the Ecole de Football Brasseries du Cameroun as a child and joined Rennes in 2023 after graduating, playing for their B team.
In November of the same year, Nagida completed his Rennes first-team debut by coming on as a substitute in a Europa League match against Maccabi Haifa.
Since his debut, Nagida has played 26 times for the Ligue 1 powerhouse in all competitions, scored 2 goals, and reached the Coupe de France semi-finals once with the club.
