UOL: Brazilian Football Association plans to hire Al-Hilal coach Jorge Jesus to lead the national team

According to UOL, Brazil's largest news portal, the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) plans to hire Al-Hilal coach Jorge Jesus to take charge of the Brazilian national team.
Jorge Jesus, 70 years old, has been a coach since 1990. He has coached clubs such as Amora, Felgueiras, Madeira Union, Estrella de Amadora, Setubal, Guimarães, Moreira, Leiria Union, Belem, Braga, Benfica, Sporting Lisbon, Al-Hilal, Flamengo, Fenerbahçe, etc. He has led his team to win three Portuguese Super League titles, one Portuguese Cup, six Portuguese League Cups, two Portuguese Super Cups, one Saudi Super League title, one Saudi Cup, three Saudi Super Cups, one Brazilian League title, one Brazilian Super Cup, one Copa Libertadores, one Copa Sudamericana Winners and one Turkish Cup, and is regarded as an outstanding representative of Portuguese local coaches.
Now, Jesus is leading Al-Hilal to compete for the AFC Champions League and Saudi League titles. Sources revealed that the Brazilian Football Association has contacted Jesus and the negotiations were led by the president of the Football Association, Edinaldo Rodriguez.
Jesus' current contract with Al-Hilal will expire in June, but the Brazilian Football Association hopes that he can take office in May and plans to pay a termination fee of about 2.5 million euros (16.5 million reais). If Jesus chooses to leave early, he will miss the opportunity to lead Al-Hilal to participate in the Club World Cup in June this year.
It is also reported that Jesus is expected to sign a contract with the Brazilian Football Association until the end of the 2026 World Cup. His salary in the Brazilian national team is about 20% of what he earned when he coached Riyadh Crescent, but the contract will include a considerable bonus clause.
