Leicester City drew 2-2 with Brighton away from home a few days ago, and Casey McAteer thanked the fans for their support. Stephen Mavutiti and Caleb Okolie scored two goals for the team to help the team take the lead, but in the end they still failed to win.  

With the support of Leicester City fans, the team began to regain confidence after equalizing the score in the first half, which was also the team's first goal in 9 games.  

Cathy McAteer said: "It went really well, although we were a little disappointed not to get the third goal because we worked really hard in the second half and I think we should have won the game. We admittedly made some mistakes in the second half which led to their second goal."  

"But we are still happy because we broke the cycle. When you score goals, the confidence of the team grows, and we didn't have that in the last few weeks."  

"The fans have always supported us and given us a lot of motivation. We are really grateful. The recent games have been very difficult, but they have always been behind us silently supporting us. The fans are really important to us."  

Casey McAteer also spoke about Caleb Okolie scoring his Premier League debut, saying: "I'm delighted that Caleb Okolie scored, it was a great goal. We worked hard on set-pieces with Andrew Hughes in training, we haven't created many chances in recent weeks so there haven't been many set-pieces. However, we did prove that we can create danger for the opposition from set-pieces."  

Cathy McAteer is hoping the team's renewed confidence will play a big role in the upcoming games after a difficult campaign. Leicester City will face Liverpool in what Cathy McAteer believes will be a tough game.  

Casey McAteer said: "We know that game is not easy. We will go all out and enjoy the game because we have nothing to lose. The head coach has been encouraging us. We came here to show ourselves and our team and individual strength."  

"We have a lot of positives, like we have shown we can score goals, we just need to create the chances to score."  

“Although we know the game against Liverpool will be difficult, we are still looking forward to it. We will rest and recover well , and go into the game with confidence to present a wonderful game for the fans.”
