West Ham United have officially announced the successful signing of 22-year-old Venezuelan international winger Keiber Lamadrid on loan.
This highly anticipated South American starlet will wear the West Ham United jersey for the remainder of the 2025-26 season, with the club having the option to permanently buy him after the loan period expires.
Lamadard previously played for Venezuelan powerhouse Deportivo La Guaira, where he won the Venezuelan Super Cup.
Since his debut at the age of 18, the prodigy Lamadard has made more than 100 appearances for his parent club. His outstanding performance earned him the title of Best U23 Player in the Venezuelan Premier League in the 2025 season. He also made his debut for the senior national team last November.
Given that the Venezuelan league ended in early December last year, Ramade is currently in the recovery phase after the off-season. To ensure he is in top form to adapt to the high-intensity competition of the Premier League, he will undergo systematic physical rehabilitation training with the club's medical team after arriving in East London.
Regarding his move to the Premier League, Lamadard expressed his gratitude for the opportunity: "Coming to this beautiful club is an incredible opportunity, it's a dream come true. I want to thank God, my family, and everyone who has helped me."
"I hope to adapt to this place as soon as possible, not only for my personal growth, but also because I hope that through my efforts, Venezuelan football can once again open the door to the world. I believe that nothing is impossible."
