Villarreal CF announced that they have reached an agreement with Paris Saint-Germain for Arnau Ténés to join the club. The goalkeeper will sign a contract until June 2029.

Arnau Törnäs is a young goalkeeper known for his sharp reflexes and ability to save close-range shots. He is also known for his calm demeanor and skillful footwork.

The Catalan goalkeeper came through the Barcelona youth academy, where he gradually developed into one of the most promising young goalkeepers in Spanish football. In March 2019, at the age of 17, he made his debut for the Barcelona B team.

With his outstanding performance in the reserve team, he attracted the attention of many European clubs and was signed by Paris Saint-Germain in 2023. Despite limited game opportunities, he still won six honors with the team, the most important of which was the Champions League title.

A major achievement in Arnau Törnäs's career was winning the gold medal with the Spanish team at the 2024 Paris Olympics and completing that historic tournament as the starting goalkeeper.
