Wolves officially announced the signing of Jackson Chadwa from Serie A Verona. The Belgian-born Cameroon international right-back signed a five-year contract with the team, which also includes an option to extend for an additional 12 months.  

After two years in Italy's top league, Jackson Chadrová has chosen to join Wolves. He was named the fastest player in Serie A last season and will add new vitality and depth to the team's defense.  

The 23-year-old Jackson Chadrová started his professional career in Charleroi, Belgium four years ago. He became famous at a young age and was already able to play as a full-back in his teens, showing good assist ability.  

In his second season with Charleroi, Jackson Chadwa officially announced his intention to represent the Cameroon national team. He was subsequently selected for the U23 national team and made his senior national team debut in a World Cup qualifier against Cape Verde in June 2024.  

Jackson Chadrová made his international debut for Verona, joining on loan and providing an assist against Frosinone. His continued impressive performances against several strong Italian teams eventually earned him the affection of Verona, securing a permanent transfer.  

Last season, Jackson Chadrová was a key player for both club and country, playing 43 matches in all competitions. He not only helped Verona avoid relegation but also secured qualification for the Cameroon national team at the Africa Cup of Nations in December.  

This season he contributed 2 goals and 3 assists, the last of which came in the final match against Empoli in May. After the end of the season, he officially transferred to Wolves.  

Jackson Chadrová says his time in Serie A has prepared him for the Premier League. He felt the warm welcome from the fans and the club during the opening moments at Molineux and Compton Park, and he can't wait to play for Wolves.
