Nottingham Forest announced on its official website on Tuesday that Arsenal's Ukraine international left wing-back Oleksandr Zinchenko has joined the club on-loan.
According to Nottingham Forest's official statement, Zinchenko will play for the club on-loan until the end of the season, with no option to buy.
About Oleksandr Zinchenko
The 28 year-old Zinchenko was born on December 15, 1996, in Radomyshl, Ukraine. He primarily plays as a left wing-back, but can also play as a left winger or attacking midfielder.
Zinchenko played for Shakhtar Donetsk and Ufa as a child before joining Manchester City for £1.7 million in the summer of 2016.
During his six-year spell with the Cityzens, Zinchenko won the Premier League four times, the Carabao Cup four times, the FA Cup once, and also led the club to the 2020/21 UEFA Champions League final.
In July 2022, Zinchenko joined Arsenal for £32 million.
Since joining the Gunners, Zinchenko has made 91 appearances for the Premier League giants in all competitions, scoring three goals and providing 5 assists. During which he has won the Community Shield once, as well as reaching the Carabao Cup and the UEFA Champions League semi-finals once each with the club.
