In the 2024/25 UEFA European Association League final, Chelsea defeated Real Betis 4-1 after falling behind by one goal thanks to goals from Enzo, Jackson, Sancho and Caicedo. Caicedo said this is a medal he will never forget.

Real Betis seized the opportunity to attack in the 9th minute. Isco got the ball and made a cross. Abd Ezzalzuli received the ball in the penalty area and scored with a low shot, helping Real Betis take the lead 1-0.

In addition, midfielder Palmer contributed two assists in the final and was one of the contributors to Chelsea's championship.
