"The tension before the game was so high that I can't even accurately define the emotional state of the game," said Enrique. "We got into the game rhythm well and prepared for it. He particularly mentioned the key role of striker Dembele in the game: "Dembele's pressing intensity was amazing. He compressed their passing lines and won more offensive opportunities for us. We are very satisfied with the efficiency of the goal. We scored decisively as soon as we had a chance, which helped us take the initiative in the first half."

Despite the big win, Enrique remained calm: "I think it was a great game, but to evaluate the whole performance more rigorously, I still need to review the game video."

When asked how it felt to lift the trophy again a decade after winning it with Barcelona in 2015, Enrique responded: "It's very special to be able to reach the final again. We have worked hard along the way. Inter Milan has also been excellent this season and this victory means a lot."

He added: "When I first arrived at Paris Saint-Germain, I said in my first press conference, in my not-so-fluent French, that my goal was to help the club win important trophies.
