Kiana Hoffer: I think the team is moving in the right direction, and every day's training and hard work is worthwhile.

Kiana Hoffer says Wolves must demonstrate consistent form if they hope to escape bottom of the Premier League table. Last weekend, Wolves conceded a stoppage-time goal against Arsenal, missing out on their third point of the season. They are currently 14 points away from safety, and Brentford will visit Molineux this Saturday.

However, Chiana Hoffer pointed out that under Rob Edwards' management, the team is making gradual progress, as seen in the matches against Arsenal and Aston Villa. But if the players hope to close the gap with their opponents, they must maintain the same level of performance in every round.

Kiana Hoffer said: "We should have gotten a point in that game, but we ended up with nothing. Everyone knows that whether it's the last five minutes or longer, we have to stay united and make sure we don't concede another goal. It's never easy against a top opponent like Arsenal. But the key is that we ourselves have to do better and avoid conceding goals, which is really difficult."

“I think we are on the right track. Every day’s training and hard work have paid off. These efforts are very important and give us the motivation to keep going. Of course, reality can be tough. You may not want to be in it, but it’s a cruel and realistic business world. You can only grit your teeth and persevere. You can’t give up.”

"We can only keep going, that's all we can do right now. People can say whatever they want, that we're finished, but no one really knows how it will end until everything is settled. There's still a chance, so we'll keep going."

Speaking about the upcoming match against Brentford, he said: "Who knows, maybe this is the start of our comeback. Don't give up on us, because we never give up on ourselves. We move forward step by step, and after a game like the one against Arsenal where we performed consistently, we must maintain this form and continue in every game."

“I think the problem we’ve been having lately is that after a period of good performance, we tend to decline again. I believe we’re on the right track, and we must avoid this happening again. For all Wolves fans, we’ve felt your support during the games, and we really need that support.”

“I was in a very low mood before I was loaned out. As a player, being trusted by the coach, teammates and club is the best feeling. But before leaving, I did feel that I had let them down. I'm not saying that I was perfect or particularly good at the time, but in the end, we are all just ordinary people. Even if our performance is not top-notch, we should still be respected.”

“I think we should all respect each other, but I didn’t feel that way at the time. I felt that a lot of things were misunderstood, that people didn’t know me, and that they only saw the information online. I won’t explain my story on Instagram, Twitter, or other social media because that’s not my style.”

“I don’t pay much attention to what’s going on on social media, but the people around me know what’s really going on. Some coaches may have misunderstood me because they only look at your performance on the court and don’t know you as a person. They don’t care who you are, they only care about how well you perform. I understand the reality of this industry; it’s not an ordinary job. But for me, the most important thing is that everyone respects each other, no matter how you perform or who you are.”

“I think it’s a learning process; it’s impossible to fully understand each other on the first day. When Rob Edwards first came, we had a great conversation. He’s always open to you and welcomes you to communicate anytime, which I respect, and it’s a great quality. Moreover, he cares more about you as a person than about your performance on the field.”

"For me, there are some things in life more important than football, and family is one of them. I'm grateful that someone really cares about these things and asks how my family is doing. Obviously, I haven't worked with him for very long, but he's a very hard-working coach who wants us to perform well and train hard. I'm very grateful for that and will try my best to learn and improve myself as a player."
