Pedro Neto believes Chelsea's patience shown in their match against Wolves last weekend will benefit the team's future. Enzo Maresca's side easily defeated the bottom-ranked Premier League side 3-0 at Stamford Bridge. All three goals came in the second half when Chelsea finally broke through Wolves' solid defense.  

Furthermore, Pedro Neto was one of Chelsea's goalscorers in this match, scoring the team's third goal. Previously, Maro Gusto and João Pedro had also scored. The winger explained that in the Premier League, every match is challenging regardless of a team's position in the standings.  

Pedro Neto said: "Premier League matches are always very difficult, whether the opponent is the top team or the bottom team. To be honest, I think we played very intelligently. It was difficult to break down their defense in the first half, but that always happens when a team retreats to defend."  

“We were very patient in the game, executed very well, and ultimately it paid off. The three goals brought us three points, and we are all very happy. Wolves have a compact formation, which caused us a lot of trouble. I think they defended like that because they knew our attack was very good. But we stayed patient and eventually won the game, and I think we deserved the victory.”  

Pedro Neto's goal stemmed from a precise pass by Alejandro Gagnacho. Earlier, the Argentine player Gagnacho had also assisted Maro Gusto's header with a precise cross. Pedro Neto praised Gagnacho, believing he has adapted well to Chelsea and will continue to contribute to the team.  

Pedro Neto added: "I am very happy for Alejandro Ganacio. He has done a fantastic job for the team. He has been working very hard and has finally gotten his chance to play, which he has made excellent use of. He provided two assists in this game and scored a goal in the Champions League a few days ago. We are very pleased with his performance. He has adapted very well and gives his all for the team both on and off the pitch. He has performed exceptionally well."
