The final of the 2025 European U21 Football Championship was staged. England U21 defeated Germany U21 3-2 with goals from Orriot, Omari Hutchinson and Jonathan Rowe, and successfully won the championship.

Five minutes into the match, England U21 organized an attack. Omari Hutchinson in the penalty area received the ball and shot, but was blocked by Germany U21 goalkeeper Atubolu. However, Elliott got the ball and shot it in, helping England U21 take the lead 1-0. In the 14th minute, McCarty received a header from his teammate and shot from the penalty area, but the ball went wide of the goal.

In the 19th minute, Elliott dribbled the ball and passed it diagonally to the penalty area. McCarty immediately passed the ball to the front of the goal, but Stansfield could not touch the ball. In the 24th minute, McCarty broke through the defense in the penalty area and passed the ball. Omari Hutchinson got the ball and pushed it into the goal, helping England U1 continue to lead Germany U21 2-0.

In the 30th minute, Germany U21 tried to counterattack. Roco Reitz took a corner kick and Nelson Weppel headed the ball but it went wide of the post. In the first half stoppage time, Paul Nebel made a cross from the left to the penalty area and Nelson Weppel headed the ball into the goal, helping Germany U21 to pull back 1-2.

In the 52nd minute of the second half, McCarty ran all the way to the penalty area and shot, but the ball went wide of the post. In the 57th minute, Germany U21 made a pass, Paul Nebel received the pass from his teammate and shot into the penalty area, but was blocked by England U21 goalkeeper James Beadle.

In the 61st minute, the corner kick from Germany U21 was cleared, and Paul Nebel took the ball and adjusted a few steps before shooting from a distance, helping Germany U21 tie the score at 2-2. In the 81st minute, Omari Hutchinson made a diagonal pass from the penalty area, and Norton Cuffey took a shot, but because the angle was too straight, the ball was directly caught by Germany U21 goalkeeper Atubolu.

In the 90th minute, England U21 arranged for Jonathan Rowe and Nwaneri to replace Elliott and McCarty. In the second half stoppage time, Germany U21's attack was blocked and Paul Nebel made a direct volley, but the ball hit the post.

As the two sides could not decide the winner in regular time, the game entered overtime. In the 92nd minute, Taylor Morton made a cross from the right to the penalty area, and Jonathan Rowe rushed forward and headed the ball into the goal, helping England U21 to lead Germany U21 again with a score of 3-2.

In the end, England U21 defeated Germany U21 3-2 and won the championship.
