Jorel Hatto is excited for Chelsea's first game under new manager Liam Rossenier and hopes the team can rediscover their winning form. Rossenier has already completed his first training session at Cobham and is preparing for Sunday's FA Cup third-round match against Charlton Athletic, which will be his managerial debut.  

Liam Rossene, 41, has taken over a team that has been in poor form for nearly a month. Chelsea recently lost 1-2 to Fulham. Nevertheless, Jorel Hatto believes that Liam Rossene can bring new energy to the team and help Chelsea regain their rhythm.  

Jorell Hatto said: "Everyone is very excited to work with the new coach, who has injected new energy into the team. The past few months have not been easy for us, with a change of coach and a recent failure to win games. But the arrival of the new coach has put everyone on a new starting line."  

“I have full confidence in my teammates and the new coach, and I believe we can perform better and win these games. The coach has also emphasized the winning mentality to us, so everyone is really looking forward to the upcoming games.”  

Liam Rossellini's primary task as Chelsea manager was to help the team recover from Thursday's derby defeat. Chelsea started strongly against Fulham. Despite Mark Cucurella being sent off with a red card, forcing the team to play with ten men for much of the match, Liam Delap scored his first Premier League goal for the club to equalize. However, Fulham's late goal ultimately cost Chelsea points.  

After Marc Cucurella was sent off with a red card, Jorel Hatto came on as a substitute, strengthening the team's defense at left-back. While he was proud of Chelsea's fighting spirit while playing with ten men, he also admitted that the result was unacceptable.  

Jorell Harto said: "We had a player sent off early in the game, which meant it was going to be very tough. I knew it would be a difficult game when I went back on. Despite the disappointing result, the team's effort deserves recognition. We gave our all to each other, defended like a real team, and fought for each other."  

"With one less player, we knew the opponent would continue to apply pressure, but we also believed we had a chance to regain possession and launch a counter-attack. We did, and Liam Delap scored a goal, but unfortunately we conceded another goal afterward, so we were very disappointed."
