The NBA officially announced the 2024-25 Kia NBA All-Star Team today, led by this season's MVP winner Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

The roster includes Giannis Antetokounmpo, Nikola Jokic, Jason Tatum and Donovan Mitchell. Alexander, Antetokounmpo, Jokic and Tatum all received 100 media votes, which shows their dominant performance this season.

Antetokounmpo was named to the first team for the seventh consecutive year, solidifying his status as one of the league's top forwards. Alexander was named MVP for the third consecutive year and has become the future face of the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Although Jokic finished second in MVP, he once again showed his overall dominance this season. Tatum was selected to the first team for the fourth consecutive year. For Mitchell, the core of the Cleveland Cavaliers, this was the first time in his career that he was selected to the best first team.

The second team is equally star-studded, with New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson, Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry, Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards, Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James and Cleveland Cavaliers forward Evan Mobley.

Brunson and Edwards were selected to the second team for the second consecutive year, showing stable output. Curry achieved the achievement of being selected to the best team for the 11th time in his career, continuing his legend.

James extended his personal record to be selected into the All-NBA Team for the 21st consecutive year, breaking the history again. Mobley, who was selected for the first time, not only won the Best Defensive Player Award, but also advanced to the second team with his comprehensive performance, becoming one of the most promising inside players in the future.

This year's best lineup no longer distinguishes between positions, and the order of selection is determined by the total number of votes received by the players, fully reflecting the diversity and flexibility of today's basketball.
