Sam Johnstone has acknowledged that Wolverhampton Wanderers suffered a complete defeat in their 0-3 Premier League loss to Fulham. This defeat means the team remains winless in their first ten matches of the new season. Facing a Fulham side that had previously suffered four consecutive defeats, Wolves displayed a lackluster performance throughout the game. Fulham took the lead after just nine minutes and added two more goals in the second half, effectively ending Wolves' hopes of a comeback.  

During the match at Craven Cottage, Sam Johnstone made several crucial saves to prevent his team from conceding another goal. After the game, he stated that the team should feel disappointed and ashamed of their performance in West London.  

After the game, Sam Johnstone said, "This loss is disappointing and shameful. We fell far short of expectations and must improve as soon as possible. We should apologize to the fans. Although everyone gave their best, the team needs to keep going, and I believe that with the players' abilities, we can get out of this predicament as soon as possible."  

"We had a player sent off early in the game and conceded a goal early on, which made things very difficult. The competition in the Premier League is already fierce, and it's not easy to achieve a good result when you're down to ten men and not in good form. You could say that almost everything went wrong today."  

When asked about the atmosphere in the locker room, Sam Johnstone admitted, "It's hard to put into words how I feel right now; everyone's emotions are mixed. This is a very difficult period for the team."
