Chelsea secured a 1-0 victory over Paphos in the seventh round of the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League , thanks to a goal from Caicedo . Wesley Fofana stated that the team attacked relentlessly throughout the difficult match, and everyone put in a tremendous effort for the win.

The score didn't change until the 78th minute of the second half. Pedro Neto took a corner kick, Wesley Fofana headed the ball across, and Caicedo headed it into the net, giving Chelsea a 1-0 lead.

He's not the tallest player on the team, but he scored, and we were all very happy. Caicedo is really outstanding."

Furthermore, Chelsea will travel to Napoli for the next round of the Champions League, while Rosseneil's team only needs 3 points to advance to the round of 16.
