West Ham United manager Graham Potter has revealed the fitness of his players ahead of their game against Southampton.
Graham Potter checked the fitness of Aaron Wan-Bissaka before the game. The player played on both sides of the pitch against Liverpool last week and has been troubled by a toe injury this week. However, Graham Potter expects him to be available against Southampton.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka has played in every West Ham United game since making his debut at Crystal Palace in August and will be hoping to continue that momentum in the upcoming campaign.
The only players Graham Potter is concerned about are Clissoncio Somerville and Michail Antonio. Both players are continuing their rehabilitation. Clissoncio Somerville has a hamstring injury, while Michail Antonio was involved in a serious car accident in December.
"Aaron Wan-Bissaka has had a little problem, just a shot in his toe," Graham Potter said in his pre-match press conference.
"We'll have to see how he is, but he should be able to play, we 'll see."
"Clissoncio Somerville is still training with the physio and I think he will need a few weeks. It's a complicated process for Clissoncio Somerville so we have to take it slowly ."
"Apart from these players, the rest of the squad is good and we will play with a full squad.
