Melissa Reddy, David Lynch, James Pearce, Paul Joyce, Paul Gorst, Neil Jones, Lewis Steele and other resident renowned Liverpool team correspondents from all British media outlet's all confirmed on Thursday that Bayer Leverkusen's Germany attacking midfielder wonderkid Florian Wirtz will join the club soon.

According to Pearce's report, Leverkusen has reached an agreement with Liverpool on the initial transfer fee of Wirtz. The wonderkid will join the Reds with a transfer fee of 138 million, making him the third most expensive player in Liverpool's club history, the UK or the world's football history.

At the same time, Liverpool will also pay a potential bonus and add-on clauses ranging from €35 million to €50 million to Die Werkself. Currently, the both clubs have only the confirmation on how this clause can be triggered that is left to be finalized.

Pearce added that unlike some online media outlet's reports, Liverpool has not yet arranged for Wirtz to undergo a medical, nor have they completed contract signing procedures with the latter, but the two parties have already reached an agreement on personal terms.

On the other hand, Jones said that England U21s international center back wonderkid Jarell Quansah might be joining Leverkusen on-loan or loan with an option to buy.

He revealed that based on the recent approaches with Liverpool over the transfers of Jeremie Frimpong and Wirtz, Die Werkself has expressed to the Reds about its willingness to sign Quansah, and Sporting Director Richard Hughes has also approved Leverkusen to approach the player.

Although some media outlet's journalists believe that this is one of the conditions for Wirtz and Frimpong to join Liverpool, Jones denied that Quansah's potential transfer will be carried out on a separate case basis.

Since Leverkusen has just started approaching Quansah, it is not yet known whether he will leave Liverpool.
