Edoardo Goldaniga extends contract with the club until 2028

Como Football Club is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with defender Edoardo Goldaniga to extend his contract until June 2028.

Edoardo Goldaniga made 49 appearances for Como in Serie B and Serie A, scoring 3 goals, making an important contribution to the team's return to Serie A after 21 years and helping the team achieve a historic tenth place in the Italian top league last season.

Head coach Cesc Fabregas said: "Edoardo Goldaniga is a crucial player for our squad. He has an excellent understanding of the team's tactical philosophy and is a role model for the younger players both on and off the pitch. We are delighted to have extended his contract and know he will continue to have a positive impact on the club."
