Wizards officially announced the signing of two-way center Nikola Vukcevic and G League center Lickie Black.

The Washington Wizards officially announced on Saturday that Tristan Vukcevic's two-way contract has been converted to a standard NBA contract. The two sides signed a three-year, $9 million standard NBA contract, with the third year being a team option.
The 22-year-old Vukcevic is a 2.13-meter tall, 99-kilogram center who was selected by the Wizards in the second round, 42nd overall, in 2023. To date, he has played 80 regular season games for the Wizards, averaging 8.6 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.1 assists in 13.7 minutes per game, with a field goal percentage of 48.0% and a three-point percentage of 32.0%.
While officially signing Nikola Vukcevic, the Wizards used their freed-up two-way roster spot to sign 26-year-old forward Ricky Black. Black plays for the Wizards' G League affiliate, Capital Go-Go, this season, appearing in 14 games and averaging 10.9 points, 6.3 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 2.1 steals in 34.7 minutes per game.
As an undrafted player in 2023, Black also played 26 regular season games for the Charlotte Hornets. He averaged 10.9 minutes per game, contributing 2.7 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 0.9 assists.
