The second round of the 2025/26 Bundesliga season staged another fierce battle. The defending champion Bayern Munich, who played away, defeated Augsburg 3-2 after goals from Gnabry, Diaz and Oliseh.

Bayern Munich went straight into action at the start of the match. Oliseh crossed into the box, Diaz's shot towards the open goal went wide. In the 3rd minute, Augsburg goalkeeper Finn Dahmen made a mistake, allowing Oliseh to take possession and shoot, but the ball was saved by Finn Dahmen.

In the end, Bayern Munich defeated Augsburg 3-2 away.
