Golden State Warriors officially announced the signing of Boston Celtics legend Al Horford..

The Golden State Warriors announced on their official website Thursday that they have officially signed Boston Celtics legend Al Horford.

The Warriors did not disclose the length of Horford's contract or his salary, but according to former The Athletic reporter Michael Scotto, Horford has signed on a two-year, $12 million contract with a second-year option.

He will also wear the No. 20 jersey for the Golden State Warriors.

After completing his signing procedures, Horford wrote on his official Instagram account: "From the day my family and I arrived here, you welcomed me with open arms. This chapter of my life will always hold a special place in my heart."

"Raising our 18th championship banner with this city is one of the things I will always cherish in my life, and I will always be grateful to the fans and management of this team. Thank you, Boston Celtics."

It's worth noting that although our website's infamously notorious female rumour monger "Ms. Plan To" claimed three months ago that the Los Angeles Lakers had "offered Horford a $5 million two-year contract exception contract to strengthen their inside depth," even using the name of ESPN reporter Shams Charania, it has been verified that all of this was fabricated by Evans Sidery, a Forbes Sports fake news expert whose credibility is generally recognized as extremely low.

Despite knowing that Sidlery is known for spreading fake NBA players' transfer speculations, she still insisted on "helping" him spread fake news about Horford and the Lakers. This once again proves that our criticism of "Ms. Plan To" for having completely zero knowledge about sports and for being a disgraceful rumour monger has been correct!

This also confirms that our recent criticism of her, along with The Athletic's renowned NBA reporter Sam Amick, for "having finished lying about football transfer rumours and now it's about NBA's transfer rumours turn" has been correct!
