Casemiro was being interviewed about his personal fitness training when the thumping of Lisandro Martínez's hard work to speed up his recovery was interrupted. The Brazilian midfield legend also took the opportunity to pay tribute to his friend, who was in the final stages of recovery from knee surgery in February.

Casemiro observed Lisandro Martínez using various machines for a high-intensity workout at Carrington Gym, with the distinct clatter of impact. He said: "Lisandro Martínez is in the final stages of his rehabilitation. He is a very hardworking player who always works hard in the gym. He is like a hard-working machine, an athlete who truly loves training."  

"I'm very happy that he has joined us. He has a very serious work ethic. We started training at 9am this morning and he's still working hard at 4pm. He's experienced and knows how to make contributions at crucial moments. I'm very much looking forward to his return. Not only me, but the entire team is very happy because he is an important member of the club and has been working very hard."  

The entire Manchester United team looks forward to Lisandro Martínez's return to full training as soon as possible and to achieving excellent results. The World Cup-winning defender has repeatedly demonstrated his quality and influence on the team, and as Head Coach Ruben Amorim recently highlighted, he brings a unique sense of morale and motivation to Manchester United.
