The 9th round of the 2025/26 Premier League season arrived. Liverpool, who played away, lost to Brentford 2-3 after being in the lead thanks to goals from Kerkez Miloš and Salah.

Three minutes into the match, Brentford took the initiative. Christopher Ayeh received the ball at the top of the penalty area and shot from distance, but the ball went over the post.
