NBA legendary point guard Chris Paul announced through his personal social media that he has officially established The Chris Paul Collective, hoping to unify his business and community charity work under the same platform.

The 40-year-old Paul ended his brief stint with the San Antonio Spurs this summer and returned to the Los Angeles Clippers, the team where he achieved the highlight of his career, signing a one-year contract. Off the court, Paul remains committed to his career.

"Excited to introduce @ChrisPaulCollective, our next chapter, bringing together our business and community work," Paul wrote on social media. "It's a continuation of everything we've created since day one. Grateful to our team and welcoming David Schwab as President to expand this vision together."

However, this new beginning off the court also comes with the potential end of his career. Back in July, Paul revealed that next season would most likely be his last. Paul said, "I've played 20 seasons, at most, in a year. It's a tremendous blessing. But the time I spent with my family and children can't be recovered."

However, in an interview with the media in August, Paul's attitude was more cautious. He said he would not rule out making a decision after enjoying the season and insisted that he would not take any day for granted.

Regardless of when he retires, Paul's legendary status is undeniable. A 12-time All-Star and future Hall of Famer, he's not only one of the greatest point guards in NBA history, but he's also still chasing the only championship trophy eluding him.
