The Dallas Mavericks selected Cooper Flagg out of Duke University in this year's draft, and Dallas Mavericks general manager Nico Harrison said exciting things are coming to the team.

Cooper Flagg from Maine played 31 games for Duke University in the 2024/25 season, averaging 19.2 points per game and a 3-point shooting percentage of 38.5%, which was an outstanding performance.

It is worth mentioning that the 18-year-old Cooper Flagg has become the second youngest No. 1 draft pick in history after LeBron James in 2003, and the shooting guard will wear the No. 32 jersey in the new NBA season.
