February 8th - The Lakers defeated the Warriors 105-99. LeBron James delivered a well-rounded performance with 20 points, 7 rebounds, and 10 assists, once again demonstrating his core value. For the Warriors, Moody scored 25 points but it wasn't enough to lead his team to a comeback victory.
The Lakers started the game with an 8-4 lead. However, the Warriors went on an 11-3 run to take the lead and establish a 7- point advantage. At the end of the first quarter, the Warriors led 21-20 . In the second quarter, although the Lakers tried to take the lead several times, the Warriors were always able to respond in time, maintaining their slight advantage until halftime, leading 42-41 .
After switching sides, the Lakers gradually closed the gap and took the lead, at one point extending it to 12 points. LeBron James scored 12 points in the quarter, including two three-pointers, becoming the key figure in widening the gap for his team. The Warriors relied on Moody for 10 points. After three quarters, the Lakers led 79-71 . In the final quarter, the Warriors narrowed the gap to just one point, making the game suspenseful again. At the crucial moment, the Lakers steadied themselves, establishing a double-digit lead again through consecutive scoring. Although the Warriors rallied, they couldn't complete the comeback. Ultimately, the Lakers easily defeated the Warriors 105-99.
