Al-Ittihad announced on its official website on Wednesday that the club have signed Morocco international center forward Youssef En-Nesyri from Fenerbahçe and Nigeria international center forward George Ilenikhena from Monaco respectively.

According to Al-Ittihad's official statement, both players have signed on a three-and-a-half-year contracts which run until the summer of 2029.

En-Nesyri will wear the number 20 jersey, while Ilenikhena will wear the number 99 jersey.

Furthermore, according to CBS Sports' resident renowned transfer reporter Ben Jacobs, the Saudi Pro League giants paid €15 million to Fenerbahçe and €33 million to Monaco to sign En-Nesyri and Ilenikhena respectively.

About Youssef En-Nesyri

The 28-year-old Youssef En-Nesyri was born on June 1, 1997, in Fez, Morocco. He is 1.88 meters tall and primarily plays as a center forward, but can also play as a left or right winger.

N'Nesyri trained at the youth academies of Maghreb de Fez and King Mohammed VI's Football Academy. In 2015, he joined Malaga's youth academy and completed his Malaga first-team debut by coming on as a substitute the following August.

Following Malaga's relegation, En-Nesyri joined Leganés in August 2018 for €6 million.

In January 2020, En-Nesyri moved to Sevilla for €20 million.

During his three-and-a-half-year spell with Los Nervionenses, En-Nesyri won the UEFA Europa League twice with the club.

In July 2024, En-Nesyri joined Fenerbahçe for a club-record transfer fee of €19.5 million.

During his 18-month spell with Sarı Kanaryalar, En-Nesyri made 79 appearances for the Turkish Süper Lig giants in all competitions, scoring 38 goals and providing 8 assists.

About George Ilenikhena

George Ilenikhena, who is only 19 years old, was born on August 16, 2006, in Lagos, Nigeria. He is 1.85 meters tall, plays as a center forward, and holds dual Nigerian and French citizenship.

Ilenikhena played at a local football academy in Nigeria as a child. After graduating, he joined Amiens' youth academy in 2021, started playing with their B team the following year before completing his Amiens first-team debut by coming on as a substitute in a Coupe de France match in November 2022.

In July 2023, Ilenikhena joined Royal Antwerp for €6 million.

During his time at Royal Antwerp, Ileknihena won the Belgian Super Cup and was named one of the best wonderkid footballers of the 21st century by the British newspaper The Guardian.

The following July, Ilenikhena joined Monaco for €16 million.

During his 18-month spell with the Les Monegasque, Ilenikhena made 51 appearances for the Ligue 1 club in all competitions, scoring 10 goals and providing 2 assists.
