Auxerre announced on its official website on Sunday that the club has extended the contract of its young France U21s international midfielder Kévin Danois.
According to Auxerre's official statement, Danois on has signed on a long-term four-year deal which runs until the summer of 2029.
About Kévin Danois
Danois, who is only still 21, was born on June 28, 2004, in Basse-Terre, Guadeloupe, France. He is 1.83 meters tall and primarily plays as a center midfielder, but can also play as an attacking midfielder.
Danois played for a small local club in Basse-Terre as a child. He joined Auxerre's youth academy in 2019, began playing for their B team in 2021, and completed his Auxerre first-team debut by coming on as a substitute in a Coupe de France match in January 2023.
Since his debut, Danois has so far played 43 times for the Ligue 1 club in all competitions, scored 2 goals, and won the Ligue 2 once with the club.
