Gordon pulled his hamstring at the end of Game 6. He said in an interview in the locker room that he felt OK and had started his recovery. The 29-year-old has performed steadily in the playoffs, averaging 16.8 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. He also completed a key dunk in the first round against the Los Angeles Clippers, and is an indispensable part of the team.

If Gordon is unable to play, the Denver Nuggets will be forced to adjust the starting lineup, possibly using Peyton Watson or Russell Westbrook, and increasing the playing time of substitute Zeke Nagy. Watson also said he is ready to take Gordon's place.
