According to ESPN reporter Shams Charania, Phoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal has reached a buyout agreement with the team and plans to join the Los Angeles Clippers on a two-year, $11 million contract that includes a player option.

Beal gave up about $13.9 million in salary from his original contract, allowing the Phoenix Suns to free up space for lineup reorganization. Although Beal was highly expected when he joined the Phoenix Suns in 2023 to form a Big Three with Kevin Durant and Devin Booker, the team's performance is still unsatisfactory.

Last season, the Phoenix Suns only achieved 36 wins and 46 losses and failed to make the playoffs, which was far below expectations. This summer, the Phoenix Suns have been active, trading Durant to the Houston Rockets in exchange for Jalen Green, Dillon Brooks and the 10th overall pick in this year's draft, and selecting Duke center Kaman Maruachi, clearly showing their intention to rebuild.

Beal, 32, has been plagued by injuries in the past two seasons, averaging only 17.6 points per game in Phoenix.
