Leicester City manager Matti Cifuentes said his team played well on Saturday, securing three points with a 3-1 victory. Abdel Fattahau and Yannick Vestergaard scored late in the match. Earlier, Adam Idah's penalty equalized the score, responding to Jordan James' early goal.  

Leicester City turned their previous run of four draws into a seven-match unbeaten run, moving them up to third in the Sky Bet Champions League standings. As manager Matí Cifuentes noted after the match, the team displayed a more positive attitude towards the end of the game, a change that fans felt reassured as they headed home.

Jordan James netted his second goal in as many games and opened the scoring against Wrexham in midweek. He has been impressive and in top form since joining Leicester City on loan from Rennes on transfer deadline day.  

The head coach said: "He played very well and the goal was a brilliant one. I thought the team played very well in the first 20 minutes and the overall tempo and intensity were very high. He is the player who can bring that positive influence to us."
